Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to get our images back?
I usually deliver standard session galleries within 3-4 weeks. I cannot guarantee these timelines during busy seasons, but I will do the best I can to ensure your gallery gets to you in a timely manner, while still delivering the best quality possible.
Can you Photoshop us?
I try not to alter the way a person looks in the editing process, as I believe that photography should capture you in your natural, beautiful state. However, if you have a minor temporary blemish such as a pimple, feel free to let me know and I can definitely take care of that for you!
Is travel included in the package cost?
Within the Lethbridge area- yes! Outside of Lethbridge area, there will be a travel fee.
How will images be delivered?
All images will be edited by me and uploaded to an online gallery which you will have access to and be able to share with friends.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Rain or clouds do not mean that your session needs to be cancelled- sometimes the best photos come from a cloudy day! If the weather is dangerous, too cold, or it will damage my gear, we can reschedule the shoot one time at no added cost.
Do you choose the location or do we?
If you have a suggestion for a location, I would love to hear it! I also have several options for locations that I can suggest if you aren't sure of where you want to take your pictures.
